I was able to order a buffet at Aveato at very short notice due to a cancellation. The telephone consultation was super friendly and has implemented my wishes in the 48 hours and thus not only saved my evening, but also made culinary perfect. Again, many thanks for that! If again a catering is pending, then only here with recommendations to friends and acquaintances.

Poor
I had a very bad experience with the food delivery. The food arrived almost 1.5 hrs late and I kept calling the customer team and they could not tell me if the food is arriving or not and it led to a lot of stress because I had people waiting for the food. When the food finally arrived it was extremely cold. Later, I called the guys to pick up the basket/trays on which the food was delivered, again no response. Overall, it was an extremely bad experience

On 13.09. the delivery was quite chaotic. On the one hand, the dishes were partially on the trays so slipped and pressed together that they could no longer be presented. Furthermore, the driver had been so distracted by our reception (so his statement) with entertainment that he had left us a catering for another guest, which he then later picked up again. Such a thing must never happen!

Unfortunately, the paid setup was not provided as a service, because the driver was in a hurry and now also not overly friendly, sympathetic and helpful. It is more reminiscent of mail that is delivered and not a catering company. We have experienced similar in Frankfurt, very rushed, little time and thus little friendliness.
