Excellent organization - everything worked out wonderfully (even very last-minute requests and changes). Great and very courteous advice, information was also available by phone at any time, which made the preparation of our summer party much easier.
The catering was very good and was very well received by our colleagues.
I will definitely order the catering from you again for our next events and recommend you to others!

The food was not brought at the stated delivery time but much earlier.
The food had to stand for 2.5 hours in sweltering temperatures of 25C until the lunch break took place.
The food was brought by courier in a private car (in very warm and humid temperatures) without any cool box. The foil with which the plates were covered was wet and sweaty.
The driver was unable to answer any of our questions and just wanted to get rid of the food quickly.
The transport boxes were also taken away from us, so we had to take out several small items and bring them later to the respective floor where the lunch break took place.
This was the last time I ordered from Aveato and I will definitely not recommend it to others!

Top price-performance ratio. The contact was friendly and very supportive from the first contact until after the event. They responded immediately and professionally to a spontaneous request for champagne glasses one day before the event. The food was delivered on time and was really very tasty and varied. We opted for finger food for our family celebration and were absolutely delighted. We can really recommend it in terms of taste and appearance. The service was also great...there was always someone available to answer any questions, whether by email or phone. Delivery was on time and by a very friendly and cheerful lady.

Everything was great in terms of quality and service. :)
The only thing was: it was way too much! It was said that there was barely enough for the number of people indicated or that it was just super light finger food and you wouldn't get full from it, but we had over half of it left over, so I could have ordered a lot less.

Everything was fine. Except for the first telephone contact: I had a comprehension question about "Delivery - Catering - Concept", but the lady wanted to explain the functionality of the online store to me. When I pointed out that I could cope with it, she replied that she didn't want to spend an hour discussing it with me (or something like that).
