My experience with Mr. Dickes and his team was thoroughly positive.

I am completely satisfied with the financing. The advice was truly top-notch: super friendly, knowledgeable, and always approachable. They took plenty of time to explain everything clearly, so I always felt well taken care of.

I was particularly impressed that they truly secured the best financial outcome for me—and without any false promises. Communication was consistently customer-focused, transparent, and honest.

Even when it came to preparing documents, everything was kept as straightforward as possible, always accompanied by a friendly and helpful demeanor. That made the entire process much easier.

The energy-based future consultation was also a major plus and demonstrates that they truly take a holistic approach here.

Where would we find a new apartment, or should we buy the apartment ourselves? Through our real estate agent, we learned about Bargeld Mitteldeutschland and got in touch with Mr. Dickes. We had scheduled an appointment regarding a property, and the process went quite smoothly and quickly. After the first meeting, we were very optimistic, and a few days later we had two more appointments to finalize the deal. Mr. Dickes and his team took excellent care of us, and we always felt understood and comfortable asking even “silly questions.” When it comes to the process of financing a property, I have to admit that you usually get 2–3 quotes and then choose the service provider who gives you an all-around good (gut) feeling. Of all the service providers we contacted, we truly felt most at ease with Mr. Dickes. They also provided us with full support with the SAB applications, which was a huge help. No matter how small the question, they helped us promptly. We can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Dickes and his team and will certainly do so. Mr. Dickes and his team were very pleasant to deal with, relaxed, competent, reliable and very fast. Compared to other mortgage brokers, the advice was much more pleasant and faster and also led to a much better result. There are contact persons for all matters relating to construction financing and the team is very well networked in Leipzig, knows the region very well and provides holistic and competent advice. I would use them again at any time for a purchase in Leipzig and the surrounding area.
