Mr. Dickes advised us on the purchase of a house. The purchase did not take place because the purchase price was far above the actual value of the property. Mr. Dickes first made us aware of this fact and thus saved us from an overpriced purchase. We always felt well advised and will continue to use his services.

After a situation that seemed hopeless at the beginning, our consultant, Matthias Dicke, got behind it and after a short time presented us with an affordable financing option in which even our conditions found their place.
The financing runs meanwhile and without complaint and we feel at home in our real estate.

We got in touch with Mr. Dickes in the context of a construction financing. Here you get friendly and competent advice and your own ideas and wishes are the focus. Mr. Dickes finds a solution for everything, is always available and responds promptly to inquiries. After we had previously rather bad experiences with financial advisors (pressured to sign a contract as quickly as possible, in addition poor conditions), this was now a real revelation for us - construction financing can also be pleasant! 😉
Unfortunately, we could not buy the house in the end for other reasons. But if we are in the situation again, we know who to contact!
