We found Mr. Dickes and his team through a recommendation. We had our first meeting and went over our initial financing plan several years ago. Unfortunately, there wasn’t the right option for us at that time. But what impressed us right from the start was the exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable advice—with absolutely no sales pressure, just a lot of helpfulness and support.

And then, suddenly, the right offer came along! Of course, we had many questions—I especially did. Every single one was answered with incredible patience, kindness, and expertise. A huge thank you for that!

Without Mr. Dickes and his team, we would never have been able to structure our financing this way. We felt well taken care of and guided throughout the entire process. Thanks to the team’s combined expertise, we were able to clarify even the most complex questions and find a solution for every problem. Communication was smooth and effortless. Digitalization is a key factor here. Client meetings were held online, conveniently from home. In addition, sharing documents via Nextcloud significantly sped up the process, in my opinion. This approach is extremely efficient. All staff members were very polite, reliable, and courteous.
