The first contact with Mr. Dickes is warm, friendly and competent.
He is very committed and puts his heart and soul into his work.

Further discussions to resolve questions and problems were always friendly and helpful

The biggest challenge was to solve both projects at the same time.

From zero to one hundred thanks to Mr. Dickes and Baugeld Mitteldeutschland!

Finding a suitable house as a patchwork family with four children is not easy. Financing it and understanding what? how? when? where? and with whom? is not easy either.
Fortunately, we were referred to Mr. Dickes, who helped us with the financing in a smart and easy-going way!
In the last 6 months, Mr. Dickes has always been at our side, as they say, in good times and bad. Together we have wrinkled our foreheads, shaken our heads, continuously looked for solutions to sudden problems and in the end got the best out of it.
We always felt we were in good hands and received the best advice. We find his patient and always courteous manner incomparable.

Without Mr. Dickes, we would never have been able to realize the project for us in such a detached way!

We went to Mr. Dickes' office on recommendation with the request for real estate financing.
At the beginning, Mr. Dickes was able to give us an overview of the realistic market value of the desired property and the current loan conditions and referred us to Ms. Frank-Perschutter for a detailed appraisal. The detailed market value analysis was carried out very professionally by Ms. Frank Perschutter and with this report we had a very solid calculation and basis for discussion for the negotiations with the seller.
From the initial analysis to the processing of the appropriate loan, we always had a reliable partner in Mr. Dickes who took us by the hand and successfully guided us through the maze of processes and documents. We would use the help of Mr. Dickes and Ms. Frank Perschutter again and again and can highly recommend both of them.

With Mr. Dickes, we were able to finance our central condominium in Leipzig over the past few months - we have now been living in this family-friendly old building dream for a few weeks!
The process was easy and well managed thanks to the help of Mr. Dickes. Mr. Dickes' expertise was worth its weight in gold due to the constant changes in construction financing and the still tense real estate market. The advice was all-round and with a lot of expertise - but also with great patience regarding my questions, thank you.
This will certainly not have been our last project with Baugeld Mitteldeutschland!

Mr. Dickes was always friendly, available (or got back to me in a short time), patient and guided me in every situation of the financing, looked after me and always looked for the best offer.
I can only emphasize once again how competently Mr. Dickes advised and looked after me with regard to financing.
I would decide to go down this route again at any time, as the contact was always very pleasant and I felt very well looked after at all times. I will also advise all people in my environment who need financing to inform themselves first at Baugeld Mitteldeutschland and keep my fingers crossed that they get Mr. Dickes as a consultant
