Water damage in an old building with flooding in the basement is no joke. After the property management was alerted, you were called in as an expert and coordinator.
In the shortest possible time, you commissioned the companies to locate the leak, notified the relevant insurance companies and coordinated all further steps: Removal of the parquet flooring, chiseling up the endangered areas in the wall and ceiling area, as well as further remediation, including painting work and replacement of the parquet. You managed all of this in record time with as little stress as possible, despite the coronavirus pandemic, using professional companies. You deserve my heartfelt and admiring thanks for this. In August 2023, there were severe storms in Bavaria, resulting in unprecedented hail damage to almost all the houses in a single town.
Mr. Bendig was already on site the following day (a Sunday) to record the damage to our properties and forwarded the damage reports to the insurers on the same day. This gave us a good head start in terms of time.
