Dank der hervorragenden Unterstützung von Bendig und Kollegen lief die gesamte Abwicklung mit der Versicherung reibungslos und professionell. Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma Wasserschadenprofi hat sich als äußerst effektiv erwiesen - von der Schadensermittlung bis zur Sanierung wurde alles schnell und zuverlässig erledigt. Ein super tolles Team, dass einem stets zur Seite steht und bei akuten Notfällen bezüglich der Reparatur arbeiten, lösen Sie schnell und unkompliziert die Abwicklung mit der Versicherung bezüglich der Freigabe ab. Torsten Bendig supported me some time ago with a change of tariff with my private health insurance company. The insurance company wanted to sit the matter out and delayed the release of information. But Mr. Bendig kept at it and escalated until he had the information. Super! Most recently, he has concentrated on building insurance and supporting property managers with claims settlement. I have already spoken to several of these property managers and they have all been delighted. Above all, they praised Mr. Bendig's speedy processing and the good contacts with tradesmen that were necessary in the case.

Without the active support of Mr. Bendig through repeated written complaints to the Allianz claims department, which in my opinion was more than ignorant, including a complaint to the board of directors about the weeks of non-processing of my water damage, I would probably still be waiting today for the Allianz building insurance to cover the damage.
