The water damage in our rental apartment required a complete renovation.
The consulting firm handled the insurance claims process and coordinated the contractors perfectly, and provided us with excellent support throughout the entire process.
We’d especially like to highlight the consistently prompt, personal, and friendly communication from our dedicated point of contact. Even though the work ended up taking a little longer than originally planned, we’re very satisfied with the result and how everything was handled.

In the past five years of working together, we have not only been able to deal with the usual water damage in our properties with Bendig and his colleagues. We particularly remember the major hailstorm in August 2023 in southern Bavaria - here, Managing Director Torsten Bendig in particular provided excellent support during the months of reconstruction and the associated bureaucracy.
