Overall, communication regarding the order, payment, and delivery went smoothly, without any delays, and was excellent. Misunderstandings—which are the rule rather than the exception in human communication—were all resolved without any stress and, above all, to my satisfaction. I can describe my experience with Pins und Mehr as very positive.

It was a little tricky to agree on the right color, since only Pantone shades were available. But the result made up for it—the pins and fans turned out great.
Unfortunately, I didn't feel like I was kept informed about how long production would take. But we weren't under any pressure here, either.

The quality of the pins and the color accuracy are excellent. Delivery took place within the specified timeframe. Our design was a bit top-heavy—we didn't pay close enough attention to the placement of the mounting pin on the back—so we'll be more careful about that in the future.

I am particularly pleased with my collaboration with Ms. Walther. I hope she stays with the company for a long time to come and continues to be my point of contact. I am also very satisfied with the design concepts from the graphics department. My requests are implemented promptly.

Completely satisfied. Of course, larger discounts would always be welcome, so that our efforts are truly worthwhile. The pricing is a bit off.

The pins look exactly the way we wanted them to. We'll see during Carnival if they really hold up. 😊 After all, the most important thing is that they don't come undone.
