Unfortunately, the calculated size of the team was too small and there was not enough space in the truck. We had to incur additional costs by renting another van to transport three bicycles, several large and heavy flower pots, and various boxes, and we had to schedule another moving day. It would have been better to make a more generous calculation in advance.
Unfortunately, the boxes could not be delivered in the desired time window in advance, even though this had been confirmed in advance by email. Communication could be improved in this regard. The team's work was excellent! Very friendly, very competent, and reliable. The team was absolutely professional.

The three gentlemen worked well and carefully, and the result was good. However, I find the final price absolutely overpriced. And very unclear in the quote.
3600 for 4 hours of clearing out and then another two hours of disposal is steep. It's my own fault for not checking all the items in the quote thoroughly enough. Next time, I will definitely only accept a fixed price. I think I was taken advantage of, especially with the cubic meters that were billed. But as I said, it's my own fault.
