The men were very friendly, worked professionally and carefully, pointed out any problems, and resolved them immediately whenever possible. The move was completed quickly.

I informed Mr. Wittmann from the very beginning that, in addition to the move, waste disposal would definitely need to be carried out. The relevant email correspondence is included in its entirety with the project proposal.

Based on our prior discussions via email and phone calls, I assumed that waste disposal was included in the confirmed total price. It was only after receiving the contract that I realized waste disposal would be billed separately and based on cubic meters. Although this note was included in the contract, I would still have expected Mr. Wittmann to explicitly draw my attention to these significant additional costs during the consultation or at least via email. The additional costs would thus have nearly tripled. Precisely because waste disposal was an essential part of the contract from the very beginning, I find the advice on this point to be lacking in transparency and misleading. I interpreted the optional waste disposal as included. This will likely be blamed on me as “my own fault.”

Furthermore, three employees had been agreed upon for the move. In reality, however, only two showed up, without us being informed of this in advance. As a result, the three of us had to pitch in ourselves to get the move done. The price was reduced only marginally due to having one fewer person.

I would like to explicitly emphasize that the two movers who were assigned did an excellent job. They were very friendly, quick, and competent. My negative review is therefore directed exclusively at the agency and management—in particular, at the inadequate advice regarding the additional disposal costs and the unannounced deviation from the agreed-upon number of staff members. Ultimately, we had a small portion of our belongings disposed of and organized the rest on our own. When I found out upon the moving service’s arrival, I was given three options: to use the disposal service at nearly triple the price, to organize it on my own, or to cancel the move.

This is not what I consider a professional and reliable brokerage service.

The Tip Top team impressed me with their reliability, efficient setup and takedown, friendliness, and ability to handle a heavy workload—all they needed was a third person! I'm very satisfied.

It was great—they were on time, took everything apart and packed it up in no time. Everything was set up again in the new apartment very neatly and without any damage. I would definitely use TipTop Umzüge again.

Poor advice. Agreements were not honored. An unpleasant experience. No response yet to my support email.

I had ordered a packing and unpacking service, but this wasn't included in the contract. That caused a lot of confusion on the day. Otherwise, the work itself was once again done very well.

The name says it all—the entire move, from the initial contact and quote to the actual move and billing, was simply top-notch! The three guys were super nice, highly motivated, and handled our furniture with the utmost care. Since the move went faster than expected, they charged us very fairly for only the actual time spent. Hopefully we won’t need to move again anytime soon, but if we do, we’ll definitely contact Tip Top Umzüge first.
