- There were many suppliers of PV systems at the construction fair in Meerbusch. At Redtherm/1Komma5, we were then advised by a competent representative of the company. The conversation was completely unobtrusive and very informative for us.
- The agreed appointment at our home was kept on time. After inspecting our premises, Mr. Z. made us an offer to visit the showrooms in Neukirchen-Vluyn. He also gave us an approximate cost estimate for the PV system with storage that we wanted.
- During the visit to Neukirchen-Vluyn, we were then given more detailed information about the construction project. We opted for a PV system with 7.56 kWp and a Sungrow hybrid inverter with 10 kW storage. We decided against a wallbox for the time being because we don't have an electric car. The contract documents were clear and straightforward for us.
- The project planning took place shortly afterwards and began with measuring and recording the existing premises and electrical installation. The project planning documents were sent to us promptly. The installation date was also set.
- The tradesmen arrived on time at the agreed date.
The roofers got to work quickly and professionally. By early noon, all the modules had been professionally installed on the roof and the DC cable had been laid down to the basement.
The electricians also installed the equipment professionally in the basement. As our electrical installation, including the meter cupboard, had to be brought up to date, the work took until the evening of the next day. Then everything was put into operation and worked perfectly.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the employees once again. Not only did they work cleanly and professionally, they also answered all our questions to our satisfaction.
I would use RedTherm again at any time and give them a very clear recommendation.
