What issue did you approach us with and what challenge did you face?
I was recommended by a friend, the original topic was a hypothetical mortgage.

How did you solve the challenge with us?
We tackled various issues in several meetings (video calls). We discovered that income protection could be optimized first. For example, occupational disability insurance: a significantly higher benefit could be achieved with the same premium by changing the contract. I was also offered much more effective contracts for retirement provision (private and occupational) and these were explained very transparently. Further appointments on the subject of asset accumulation, also in relation to real estate financing, will follow.

Why did you decide to work with us and what were your highlights?
We responded to my individual needs. In my case, many topics were explained very transparently and in great detail at my request. Suggestions were made to me, but not forced upon me and alternatives were always shown.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the advice I received.

Basically, we weren't even aware that we had challenges at the beginning and wanted to have everything checked out first.

We drew up a concept and opted for Riester savings, among other things, where we achieve tax benefits every year.

I had very good advice right from the start and I was given a lot of information. Even about things that I didn't understand before.

It's difficult to see through the mass of financial advice on offer. I was/am given very good advice and never had the feeling of being pressured. That was and is the most important thing for me.
The advice is very professional, but still quite relaxed, so that I immediately felt at ease. The highlight for me is that I receive professional and very individual advice and support without feeling pressured. Unfortunately, that's not a given with financial advice.

I was looking for holistic advice because I hadn't felt good about my situation until then. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough knowledge to take care of it on my own, so on the one hand I received friendly advice on all questions and on the other hand I was able to develop a better understanding of finances myself through the simple presentation, so that I now finally feel well positioned.

How did you solve the challenge with us?
All questions were discussed in detail and answered in line with my goals. My income is now covered so that I no longer have to worry about what will happen if I fall ill. My own property is being prepared by super, so I am optimistic that I will soon be living within my own four walls.

Why did you decide to work with us and what were your highlights?
What I liked best was the open and understandable communication. Everything is presented in a simple and understandable way, so that after every conversation I knew what we were talking about and what the advantages and disadvantages of the solutions presented were. My advisor drew up a concept for me, presented it to me and talked to me about the pension problem and explained everything simply and straightforwardly.
Now I know that I'm well positioned for later.
I also have a tax advantage of €500 a year.

Mediation through the company pension scheme, a personal financial appraisal and optimizing the insurance policies without having to do any research yourself.

Thanks to the good advice, gaps and unnecessary contracts were identified and rectified.

Through the employer's mediation, so that I didn't have to spend any time searching and the employer covered the costs. But then good advice and trusting cooperation, so there was no need to look for other options.
