The company was commissioned by my insurance company. Everything went incredibly quickly. A very friendly employee contacted me just minutes after the phone call with my insurance company. Everything was done within 48 hours and a very friendly employee was on site. Fortunately for me, the leak in my water pipe was located in a place that was still easily accessible and a major and very expensive repair was prevented. Less than 24 hours later, I had a comprehensive report for the plumber. I can't say anything about the amount of the bill due to a lack of comparison. Even though I would never wish for another burst pipe, I would contact this company again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

The customer service during the appointment was extremely friendly, so that an earlier appointment was found for us. Callback requests and promises were followed up 100%. Even when the actual technician could not make the appointment due to a private emergency, Friday between 14-16 clock, the appointment was not simply canceled, but another technician was sent. The gentleman was very friendly and extremely competent, so that the problem could be found quickly. (With a working time on a Friday at 17:30!) We would like to thank you very much for your great customer service and great staff. Big kudos to this company.
