As a long-standing customer (since 2019), I have now fulfilled my wish for my investment property in Berlin through Adrian. I think the full real estate concept with property management and maintenance reserve is great. This eliminates all the tedious work with the tenants and sufficient reserves are automatically built up. The process of buying the property, including the financing, was extremely professional and a lot of time was taken to answer all my questions. The next property is already being planned! :)
