Recommendation
Friends from Schwäbisch Gmünd get their Polish nursing staff from Agentur 24 and are very satisfied. We switched providers 4 months ago on their recommendation. Personal contact is very important to Ms. Bernhard. The advice was very good. You can tell that she is a qualified specialist, has experience with aids and much more. She gives valuable all-round tips and maintains a good relationship with our carers, our father and us children. Recommendation
We have received the flyer from Agentur 24 Ostalbkreis at the Ostalb-Klinikum Aalen. We can warmly recommend the agency. Here you are not only "placed", but warmly + completely cared for. Mrs. Bernhard calls regularly, visits our mother and the caregiver on site. The carers look after our mother, who has cancer, very lovingly. All our wishes were taken into account.

Pleasant contact with Ms. Bernhard from Agentur24. She takes care of all matters, responds to requests, makes every effort to find the right person and enquires on site whether everything is satisfactory, thereby creating trust. The first caregiver is a good match for our mother and is caring, loving and hard-working.

We are very satisfied with the cooperation. The agency responds to our wishes. We have also recommended them to friends in Mannheim. They are also very satisfied. Our mother's carers are very conscientious and caring. They speak good German. You can choose a language level. Maria and Jolanta are a well-coordinated team. The changes work well.

We are very satisfied. As I live in Stuttgart and my parents live in Ostalbkreis, the consultation took place over the phone. The whole process went smoothly by phone/mail. The agency is very well organized. Ms. Bernhard supported us completely helplessly with regard to financing and gave us valuable tips!

The whole process runs smoothly. My parents have been looked after for 3 months. Mrs. Bernhard contacts them regularly, organizes and takes care of the arrival and departure of the caregivers. The women from Poland are nice and helpful. 100% recommendation! We have already recommended the agency 3 times and our friends are all satisfied.

Recommendation
My parents are both in need of care and have been looked after by two women from Poland for a few months now, alternating every 6-9 weeks. It's cheaper than a care home and you can stay at home. The two women are now part of the family. Agentur 24 takes care of the organizational side of things. Thank you for everything!
