Serious and competent. Very competent and always friendly support in the sale of my condominium. Serious and realistic assessment of the sales price in a difficult market situation. Successful mediation of a buyer. Always approachable. Regular information on the status. I had previously tried unsuccessfully for a year to sell via a heavily advertised estate agent platform, which had called for a highly inflated and completely unrealistic sales price before the contract was signed. No reputable contacts there, no regular status updates and constant recommendations to reduce the purchase price - which the company had previously "determined" itself. I am glad that I then switched to Akzent and fortunately found a reputable contractual partner and also a buyer.
