It’s great that I get regular updates on rental listings and don’t always have to check in to see how things are going. I liked Mike Spitze’s statement: “I won’t sign a lease with anyone I wouldn’t let into my own home.” I also think the guarantee is great—if, for example, a tenant is transferred and has to move out after two months, Akzepta will handle the re-leasing at no cost.

From our experience we can say the following: If you intend to sell your property, you should definitely contact the real estate specialist J. Reinhardt at AKZEPTA. Mr. Reinhardt is absolutely competent, experienced and very reliable. If someone sells his real estate, in which he lived for a very long time, there is already times "bellyache" with the completion of the sales. Mr. Reinhardt then has the wonderful talent to take away this "stomachache".

It does not get any better than this!

Mr. Reinhardt accompanied us for many months during the sale of a single-family house. We felt optimally looked after by him during this time. We received an immediate answer to every e-mail or phone call from him. That gave us a totally good feeling. In April 2020, we purchased a property and were assisted by Mr. Spitze. That was such a competent, reliable and friendly thing that it would have been criminal not to evaluate it. Such experiences are really rare in this day and age. Very committed and with sincere personal interest, even with questions that needed to be clarified after the purchase was completed. Mr. Civello and Mr. Reinhardt provided us with excellent support in the sale of our apartment building! Even though our chances of a good sales price were not good, we were still very satisfied with the final result.

If one then also experiences live, on which things one must pay attention to everything, which question must be clarified, one must take off the hat as a layman! Full professionals !!! Even the smallest details have taken care of the two and the team.

Our recommendation ! They are worth their money!
