Mr. Schönherr, as well as his colleagues from the sales department, especially the employees in the workshop are top-notch.
When the vehicle was handed over, there was a small discrepancy which AMB Reisemobile resolved immediately and also dealt with thoroughly

We were looking for a caravan for our first camping vacation. We came across the AMB website. We received excellent support and advice from the staff in our search for a suitable model. Whether by phone or e-mail. The staff are highly competent, experienced and friendly. It was a great pleasure for us to find a suitable caravan. Always happy to come back!

We bought a new motorhome 3weeks ago. Mr. Reuland has shown us some vehicles and explained.
We have handled the purchase with Mr. Herget because Mr. Reuland had that day off.
The handover and instruction was done by Mr. Herget.
We can give both sellers a big praise
After our first tour we have found small not significant defects that were immediately fixed by the service team.
We can only recommend the company AMB Reisemobile!

Thursday morning appointment for viewing made for Friday, extra 1 day leave for round trip (about 150 km) taken, Thursday evening call received that vehicle was sold in the afternoon. Mieser style so one does not go with prospective customers around. Sense of honor probably not very pronounced, I'm glad that Geshäft has not come about, how do you behave probably only if there are times disagreements?

You had shown interest in a car that was offered by us on behalf of a customer and then arranged a non-binding viewing appointment. In principle, these cars may not be reserved by. The offer was favorable and another customer, who did not even come by, was able to decide more quickly to buy the car. We then informed you immediately, so that you do not have to travel in vain. Probably your anger is also related to the fact that you have now missed the offer.

With such a complex topic as motorhome, there are unfortunately always a few things that still need to be reworked. We made a spontaneous stop on the way to the vacation and everything was immediately tackled and fixed despite the lunch break. We would go there again and again. MK

Thank you very much! Super service.
Upon departure in Hamburg, we found that the left taillight is defective both below and above.
Since we had planned a stopover near Kirchberg we called around 15:00 from the road and immediately got the promise that we could come by the same day.
Unfortunately, it was not, as we had suspected, a simple cable break as a result of a parking bumper.
The repair took 2 hours. Nevertheless, the bill was very moderate.
