Aus für mich unerklärlichen Gründen gab es Probleme mit meiner Website (ich hatte keinerlei Zugriff mehr) und weder UPC (damals noch der Hosting Provider, jetzt aber zu amicaldo gezogen) noch United Domains konnten / wollten helfen. Nach 1 ½ Stunden mit diversen UPC Mitarbeitern am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, dass Sie nichts für mich tun können. Amicaldo hat sich dem Problem angenommen und es für mich in 20 min behoben.
Amicaldo ist eine Inhaber geführte Agentur in der man noch persönlich mit dem CTO oder Geschäftsführer sprechen kann und nicht an der Hotline abgewimmelt wird.
Super glücklich mit dem Service und auf jeden Fall meine GoTo Stelle für alle online Angelegenheiten. 6 von 5 Sternen!
