I met Andrea when I was looking to improve my leadership skills. I was already a manager and knew what I was doing, but Andrea's training taught me many more helpful things. I have a demanding day-to-day job and manage to use my insights from the training in most situations. Since then, my conversations have improved, I listen differently and have received great input on the issues that make up my everyday life: Conflicts, teams, negotiating but also my personal development has picked up speed: I have rediscovered meditation for myself, I use my 6-minute diary (a gift from Andrea) every day to plan my success in small steps! After completing my training in business and life coaching, I decided to train as a Master Mindshift Coach, which I successfully completed at the end of March. This training focuses on the effective resolution of blocking patterns of thinking, feeling and acting and is an excellent opportunity to deepen and further develop your own coaching skills.

At the beginning I found it difficult to find the right approach, but with each session I felt an increasing familiarity and security. It was particularly rewarding to use the techniques I had learned both on myself and in real coaching sessions with Andrea. These experiences made it clear to me how effective the method is, as it really goes deep and enables a fundamental transformation.

The deep professional and methodological foundation of the training is impressive. I would particularly like to emphasize the excellent and flexible support provided by Andrea. The support was very adaptable to my personal schedule, with communication taking place via voice message, phone call or live call as required. Andrea, as an instructional coach and trainer, was always willing to assist with her knowledge and experience. Her commitment to developing us into outstanding coaches was particularly remarkable, as she empathized with the needs of each individual and avoided a standard solution. I completed my training to become a Master Mindshift Coach with Andrea in December 2023.

I have completed the Business Mentor Program with Andrea and it has proven to be extremely rewarding.
