As a rule of thumb, I would give near perfect grades even for a very good product with very good customer service, to give the author room to evolve and develop his products in line with his own evolution.
This time it's different. My entire experience, every contact with the team, every moment I listened to the audios, was beyond wonderful, just so perfect, and as Andreas has already mentioned that he's recently added extras to an already comprehensive program, and shown that he and his team will always strive to give even more, there is nothing that separates them from the full 5 star rating.
Where was I in my life when I started the program, and where am I now? Things have definitely changed for the better, and in ways that are beyond what language can convey.
I'll attempt anyway to list some aspects, e.g. more clarity, I'm clearer about my goals and able to take decisions: more empowerment, feeling like I can achieve what I set out to do: more love, whatever I do I do it with more love, and the less happy and loving aspects of my life are falling away.
