Maria's vidios have taught me so much and brought experiences into my life that continue to amaze me.
Dentist appointments are no longer a horror for me...I consciously breathe reduced 1 hour before and during the treatment as well and no longer needed anesthesia. It is so exciting how this works and important to know I was a very pain sensitive and anxious dental patient.
Colds of all kinds almost disappeared in the course when I did a vidio of her using the Wim Hof method. However, I had to do this every morning for 3-4 days. Also when I had a corona illness it worked just as well🤗.

I have been using the extensive and, from my point of view, very professional offer of Atemflow for more than two months now, on a daily basis .
Every Wednesday, a new exercise comes online.

Regular use and seriousness are prerequisites for success. Half an hour time for rest has everyone for itself, otherwise something goes wrong. .

The instructions, music, alternating tones and last but not least Maria's gentle and soothing voice make each exercise a pleasant time out.
And they have already improved my respiratory health considerably. (Control pause value from 20 to 45 seconds).

Therefore, there are five stars from me and a big thank you!

The applied exercises have already had a positive effect after a very short time and give me hope that through regular application of your exercises, a further improvement in my breathing can be achieved. Personally, I like AtemFlow very much because the homepage is clearly laid out and it's very easy to intuitively work your way into the subject matter. The exercise videos are also very attractively designed and easy to use, which is why practicing has been very easy for me so far.
In addition, Maria Herrmann is very committed and has supported me at all times with her pleasant and friendly manner.
In summary, I personally find AtemFlow by far the best program to counteract asthma and am extremely grateful for the service :-)

I discovered Maria's videos on YouTube while searching for different breathing methods. From the first moment I was enthusiastic about the explanations, the professional way of making the videos and Maria's voice. From YouTube via her website, I finally got in touch with Maria directly. She answered my questions, especially regarding breathing techniques according to Wim Hof and Buteyko, the same day via WhatsApp. I was also allowed to attend a first free online taster course. Not only I, but all the course participants are very grateful and enthusiastic. For a few weeks now, I have been practicing several times a day according to Maria's instructions, and it is doing me an extraordinary amount of good.
