Overall a good experience. Vehicle technically completely i.O. (checked at the DEKRA!)! Unfortunately, after a very long journey more "signs of use" than previously described and usual (including burn holes in the carpet)! Have us then agreed on kind! Otherwise, friendly treatment of the staff to the customer!

We had our car there a few weeks ago for service and also wanted to take this opportunity to inquire about a new used vehicle. Our conclusion: unfriendly customer service, overpriced prices, annoyed employees.
In terms of customer friendliness, advice and ambience, unfortunately, greatly diminished, the seller had neither interest nor competence and also acts overloaded and quite snippy. On request, we were then told that the boss only cares about corporate customers.
We know the car dealership and Mr. Mader now for many years and were this time but very disappointed.
I came on recommendation, but was dispatched by the employee very unmotivated and from above. Since vehicle for which I was interested and which is offered on the homepage could not be visited, because it is currently rented! Seemed rather unprofessional and not very serious. Under customer-friendly I understand something else.
A very friendly and competent team, commitments and deadlines are met. Replacement car and shuttle service when necessary. We have had a very good working relationship for years. That's how a car dealership has to be. Super.
