i have answered the above questions largely positively, although i was not satisfied during my last visit and i was tempted to answer the recommendation question negatively. it may be that nau was only partly responsible for the problems, but i am very frustrated. on a drive from fellingshausen to rodheim, the display lit up and told me not to drive any further and to go to the garage. i contacted the hyundai warranty center in frankfurt, which sent the adac. they measured the data and found that two ignition coils were not OK, but that i could still drive to them. i then asked them when i could come and was told not to come myself, but to have the adac tow it away. that's what happened. i was then able to get a replacement car from amend. the whole thing certainly took me almost two hours to call. after five days, with a weekend in between where nothing was done to the car anyway, i had to return the replacement car, even though nothing had been done to my vehicle. it had already been with them for 14 days. they said, among other things, that it was overloaded. then i was informed that the ignition coils could not be delivered. they then gave me a replacement car, which i then had to pay for. finally, after almost 3 weeks, i was able to pick up my vehicle, although an electrical problem with the trailer hitch had not yet been resolved. the invoice included the ignition coils etc., which was more than surprising for a vehicle that was not even 3 years old. you can perhaps imagine that this matter cost me a lot of time, nerves and money. so it is really difficult for me to have made the above statements.
but one thing i would like to emphasize is the good advice and care i received from mr poterek. he was able to calm my nerves to some extent, and i am glad that he really looked after me as well as he could. i hope you know what you have in this man.
so, i had to get this comment off my chest after all the frustration.
