Apart from a slight delay due to an employee's free time (documents had not been passed on)
were not passed on), I am very satisfied with the service, and not least with the vehicle.

Unfortunately, their call center "is just" a call center that doesn't want to know anything about cars/Ford/inspection appointments. Again I had to drive to the center and make an appointment for the inspection at the counter. This has not worked by phone so far.
I am always satisfied on site.

Very good appointment arrangement and adherence. Mr. von Lindenau's excellent customer service deserves special mention. Always friendly and courteous, always supporting the customer. The ladies at the reception desk are also always very friendly and helpful.

Criticism of Ford's repair policy:
Being forced to replace the entire unit for over €1,000 because of a loose contact in the ground contact for the air conditioning/radio/navigation unit ... surely that can't be true.

All services and also a rental car are offered. The execution is also usually good. But:
Last year, the brake fluid was changed. The car then lost brake fluid and I only managed to get to another garage by the skin of my teeth.
Accessibility is sometimes very poor or non-existent. Last year, I had to drive there to ask if the car was ready. Nobody answered the phone for hours. No one called back or called on their own initiative.
This year I spent an hour there. I actually just wanted to drop off the car and drive on with the rental car. But I was supposed to speak to the customer advisor first, for whom I had to wait another 30 minutes despite my appointment. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes for the rental car. Although it had been ordered in advance, it hadn't arrived yet.
It all takes far too long!
The vouchers for the warranty inspection are almost useless because they don't include any materials and apparently only cover looking at the car. Everything else still has to be paid for. I would have preferred to go to the garage nearby without an extended warranty. But nobody offered this when I bought the car.
More partner garages would also be very helpful here.
