I had already been in contact with other loan advisors before and consistently didn't have the feeling that it was a good fit - but after the first phone call with Mr. Moser, the hope of still being able to afford a property was awakened. In the meantime, we were actually able to finance our dream property through him. From the first phone call to the signing of the purchase contract by the notary, there was a constant, fast exchange of information with very competent advice. Many thanks for the great cooperation!

I received very good advice. They really listened to my wishes and even offered me an even better financing solution than expected. However, the fact that I was not offered the best conditions was mostly due to the property itself.
I can't judge the price-performance ratio, as construction financing costs nothing ;-)
