And it came: After two years, we finally found our own home. During this time, Matthias Dickes was always at our side - with professional advice, a competent team and a lot of patience.

We started buying a house as absolute beginners, with a lot of anxiety about the big numbers that were suddenly flying around our ears. Thanks to Mr. Dickes, we now have our property financing in the bag, we are slowly getting back to sleep at night and we can really recommend him and his team from the bottom of our hearts! He is able to share his top-notch specialist knowledge in a very clear and comprehensible way, explained everything to us patiently and superbly and also provided us with the outstanding expert knowledge of his colleague Ms. Frank-Peschutter. Every conversation was simply pleasant (only we were sometimes a little uncomfortable that he was there for us even after work and at weekends...). Thank you for every open ear, every hour spent evaluating and calculating houses and then we finally found the right one and Diana did a great job with the loan. Very great and comprehensive advice, support and also overall impeccable help with all questions relating to house purchase financing and even renovation plan. Ms. Helm and Mr. Dickes were always very friendly and stood by our side until the very end. Buying a house and borrowing a lot of money from the bank is a bit of a headache, but the team made you feel that you are not alone in the jungle of legislation and financial jargon. Highly recommended (I already have).

Starting with the search for our property, including price evaluation and assessment, as well as issuing a financing certificate in advance, which gave us an advantage in the competitive real estate market. Right through to the selection and realization of the financing, we were always impressed by the competent advice and fast response time. The modern communication and use of digital exchange servers made a fast and smooth process possible.
A legal assessment and evaluation of the purchase contract was also part of the very comprehensive customer service.
