Very good response to customer requests. If something cannot be fulfilled, there are always good suggestions for alternatives. Customer service representative knows customer wishes very well. We inform ourselves partly in advance on the Internet, but book only through the travel agency.

Tailor-made offers, which have absolutely met our wishes every time. Nice, personal and competent advice and support from the beginning to after the trip. There you have an absolutely good sense of security for all emerging imponderables. I would always prefer a booking through Bergers Travel to a separate online booking.

We book our package tours only through berger's reisen, top advice, top service, our supervisor Mr. Rottler knows exactly what we prefer and what we do not like so much. We could almost blindly call him our travel date and he looks for the right out!!!
