I've walked past it 1000 times, never dared to go in, and three months ago I took the step to try out.
I would really really like to be the athletic type, but I'm not. That's why this form of training seems to be made for me. Appointments with appointment reminders, just the right dose of drive from the trainers, and negotiable homework. The 20 minutes fly by and all three trainers at Body Street in St.George are great.
Professionally in nursing, I suffered from severe back pain for years. A herniated disc was ruled out, the pain remained and varied only in intensity. Hence my training goal, strengthen back, less back pain and also weight loss. I had targeted 10kg in 1/2 year.
Today, after three months, first interim meeting with Bodycheck. All training goals have already been achieved! More than 10kg weight loss (ca.14kg) and for weeks pain free and completely pain free.
All my values have improved and I feel physically worlds better.
Anyone who has little time, is bad at pushing themselves and can also use advice on sleep, diet and stress behavior, should definitely at least try this form of training.
The fact that I was aware that I have a 1:1 or maximum 1:2 workout every week and that the three of them are attentive and notice successes immediately, has given me the necessary incentive to change something.
I have already recommended Bodystreet and will continue to do so.
