Cosmetic repair due to lease return. Small dent in the door bend. Two comparative offers wanted to paint the whole door with a reaparaturdauer of 2 days each. Offer "Bösel - beauty clinic for the car" dent removal with refinishing in one day for half the price. I also ordered an interior cleaning with dry ice. Result: when I picked up the car on time after one day, it looked like new inside (really). Outside everything was top cleaned. Traces of the dent were no longer visible. In addition, I have received a list of all the smallest abnormalities in the paint (which I have not seen) (As preparation for the lease return), with the advice that I would have but no complaint to expect. So I drove to the leasing return perfectly prepared and returned the car without complaint and without additional payment. At the lease return, the paint thickness is measured on the entire car in order to determine damage and damage repair. Therefore, Bösel's solution was much more advantageous and sustainable than the offers of the two competitors. I will also use the services of H. Bösel before my next lease return. I can recommend this workshop with full conviction!

Simply TOP! Had a black aluminum rim with heavy curb damage. Delivery vehicle at 8:30 am, pick up the same day at 5 pm. The rim looks like NEW!!! And at a price where I could not have bought a new rim at the dealer for. Mega relaxed team, just awesome! 1000 thanks!!

I was told that the minimal dents eg door would be made away.
On 13.08.2018 I had an appointment....
When I picked up the car (convertible) in the afternoon ...(It was raining and the car was in the yard).
The first thing I saw was polish paste all over the car. An employee went after complaint
Shortly with a cloth over shown places.
Since it had just rained, there was nothing to see.
On 14.08 (The sun was shining) hit me almost the blow...everywhere polish paste (stripes) and
Bumps in the door ecetera were not made.
I bought polishing cotton and took almost 2 hours to get it all off.
From the damage....80 % was done and 20% remained.
In addition, I had agreed with Mr. Bösel that he sends the bill to the insurance office...da
I do not want to step in advance ... However, he did not adhere to this, but sent the
Invoice ...me by mail with 1 week payment deadline.
So I was forced to go in advance...despite other agreement.
Fact is... The work performance of company Bösel was not good and therefore overpriced.

Had the convertible 2 years ago once inside and outside complete- (at another company)
Make for about 180 euros. That was by far (worlds) better executed and made.
Can be that it was on 13ten or because it was Monday, not reasonably made but
I think that such a thing... a company with an-ich good ratings
should not happen.
