but "you don't have to worry about anything" is a false statement
the registration of the system proves to be difficult, as technical details have to be searched for first;
Gross/net nominal power / type of battery / AC/DC / type of feed-in I would have expected BSH to provide these technical details, as I do not now know whether my details are correct.

Starting with the very friendly and competent conversation with my supervisor, Mr. Petrak, through to the implementation of the installation. I am extremely satisfied with the work carried out by BSH Energie from Königshofen. From the initial preliminary information and planning through to implementation. The first contact was made at the end of April 2024, and the system was already running flawlessly on June 24, 2024. All the work was carried out very cleanly and neatly. It should be particularly emphasized that the craftsmen in the AC and DC areas worked in a customer-oriented manner. My explicit wishes were always implemented.
The formalities for registration and similar formalities were answered quickly by the customer advisor. I received an immediate response to every inquiry and email, sometimes even at the weekend. Consultation was always uncomplicated and prompt. I can only warmly recommend BSH Energie.
16kwp PV system on 2nd building with 10kw storage.

That there was only one contact person as coordinator. It was a pity that the roof duct was missing from the scope of delivery and that the demolition (scaffolding dismantling) of the project was considered. In the end, we improvised on site. During the downpour, last week, 2 leaks were found in the roof and the rain was dripping through the roof. As a realist, we would still recommend the company, but would point out what to look out for. In any case, reviews of companies in the area do not show any better professionalism.

From the first conversation with the sales representative to the commissioning by the technician, everything was to our complete satisfaction. When calling the company, you don't have to wait on hold forever; there were always competent employees available to provide the desired information.
All installation appointments were kept perfectly, even when we were delayed at short notice (15 minutes) we were informed by telephone.

The offer package, including the smart meter, is a well-rounded service.
The planning was competent with finding the installation location for the inverter battery and cable routing.
However, the drone flight did not provide any measurement data from the roof, although there were nice pictures of the house and property, so there were problems with the roof planning.
Thanks to the good cooperation with Mr. Rogozin, the roof planning could be corrected.
The installation of the system from module assembly, electrical integration and commissioning was completed in a very short time frame (approx. 14 days) with good scheduling agreements.
The tradesmen carrying out the work were friendly and did a good job.
The invoice does not list detailed prices for the individual items. This gives the impression of paying too much.

We received professional advice from Mr. Scheider right from the start. He was always available for us and was able to answer our questions clearly.
The installation teams, roof and electrical, worked cleanly and professionally. The system was installed within the calculated time. Everything worked perfectly.
After a cable tie on a solar cell broke off and the cable was hanging on the tiles, we complained about this and within four working days the roof team was on site and repaired the damage. We were very pleased and impressed by this service.
With this review, we would like to thank BSH, the companies carrying out the work and the field service for the services provided. Keep up the good work! This is the right way.

This is our first pv system so we can only award 4 stars everywhere for the time being. We have received cheaper offers, but as many did not have emergency power and can only supply the house with an extra charge and on one phase without battery capacity//! And if you don't invest 2000 to 3000 you have no power in the event of a power failure. It's better to invest a little more. Our 10kw battery with everything around it is just 25 deep x 70 wide x 170 high with inverter. So people, we have compared and find the best for us, I don't know if there is anything better but keep looking ???? We would recommend BSH with a clear conscience.

Man feels abandoned as mentioned by several customers in the past after the signature
