Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this company. The offer was incorrectly calculated in terms of cloud costs. It was laboriously corrected. Even during the installation, they didn't come to us in advance and put a pipe in the middle of the wall. After a long and arduous negotiation, they finally planned it correctly, but it took several attempts to reassemble it and then had to be discussed on site so that it was done correctly and they still had to get materials. We were misinformed at the time of purchase and were told that our charging station could communicate with the system so that the ideal charging time could be found. This turned out to be false. We were promised a drone flight, which was not carried out even after two years despite several reminders.
The commissioned maintenance has not yet been carried out either, although I have already sent several reminders. They always promise to call to arrange an appointment, which unfortunately never happens.

Communication was not always smooth, it is important to constantly "stay on the ball". However, the people we spoke to were always friendly and customer-oriented.

Construction of the plant started at the beginning of February 2024. It is now April 29, 2024, the plant is still not connected to the grid, there is logically no commissioning protocol and therefore cannot be registered with the grid operator. Notification to the market master data register cannot take place as the notification confirmation cannot be uploaded

I have rated two points of the "customer service" with "neutral, as I have not yet been to BSH personally and therefore do not know the business premises and parking facilities.
The excellent, very competent advice from Mr. René Scheider was ultimately decisive in our decision to buy our photovoltaic system from BSH, even though the offer was not one of the cheapest. Mr. Scheider is always available and, if necessary, can be on site at the customer's premises quickly.
The order was processed within the agreed timeframe.
Once there was a problem with a subcontractor, but this was solved immediately with the help of Mr. Scheider.
All in all, we are very satisfied with our new PV system and would recommend BSH to others at any time.

Very competent advice from the salesperson, questions are dealt with and a solution is found. I can only praise the installation of the electrical system. Very clean work. When installing on the roof, you have to be careful that the tiles sit correctly. The tiles were only set correctly after customer service was called in. Compliments to the customer service who took care of the problem immediately. The system has now been running for a month without any problems. The service team called and answered any unanswered questions.
All in all, we are very satisfied at the moment.

The customer service after signing the contract is poor. Questions on our part were never answered. The subsequent complaint emails with deadlines were completely ignored. Everyone who contacted us knew nothing about the open points and we had to explain the same aspects over and over again. A requirement from the network operator has been ignored to this day despite repeated reminders.

During the information/sales meeting, I was assured by your local sales consultant that I could repay the loan taken out for the purchase of the investment at any time free of charge by means of an unscheduled repayment. The loan you arranged with the Volks- und Raiffeisenbank can be repaid with a special repayment - but this is not free of charge!
This type of advice is not fair.
