Exemplary from order to commissioning! The period 09.12.2022 (order) - 16.02.2023 (commissioning for EEG). The workflow is right here. Appointments made by phone, kept, finished!
The work of the subcontractors was also flawless. The subsidies and the notification to the grid operator were applied for in good time. That's how it can work....

It was very bad that no one pointed out during the entire process that the system takes up all capacities of the WLAN. Streaming is impossible without further effort.

Bad and wrong advice. Not delivered what I ordered. Battery does not perform as purchased as it was cut in half by the factory for safety reasons. The emergency power supply was promised but the memory is not capable of it. I still do not have access information for the app. I would very much appreciate information when I can expect full power from the storage again and when I will get the access data for the app.
