Together with 32 other women from Kreissparkasse Tuttlingen, I was able to take part in the online course "Finally visible".

During these intensive 10 weeks and the subsequent events at our company, in which we reflected on what we had learned and exchanged ideas, we grew together as a group.

We all have different tasks, are in different phases of life and pursue different interests, and yet each of us was able to gain valuable insights - both privately and professionally.

For us in HR Development, it is great to see how the women have already developed individually and what they have already implemented in their everyday lives.

The trip has brought us together and united us. We would like to take up the experiences from the online program in future events and build on them. 😊

Together with my dear colleagues from Kreissparkasse Ludwigsburg, I took part in the 10-week online course Endlich sichtbar! online course.
The 10 modules inspire, encourage and are totally motivating. The online modules were a welcome break for me in my stressful everyday life. I did it for myself and took the time for myself.
I worked out my brand essence, refined it and reaffirmed it in discussions with superiors. Thanks to the self-confident appearance and the knowledge of what makes me special, I have managed to convince others of my qualities and will be leading a large team as a new manager from September.
Thank you very much for that.
Caroline is an incredibly inspiring woman who manages to infect everyone with her motivating manner.

Through the "Female Empowerment - Men are strong, women too!" training series, we were able to enable a group of motivated female employees to strengthen their own brand essence and optimize their external image. The exchange with Caroline in her podcast was a lot of fun. She is a great conversation partner and competent coach, for example in the field of leadership. She is very good at putting herself in the shoes of a manager and finds exactly the right solutions with her warm, empathetic and, for me, inspiring manner, so I would recommend her at any time.

The module "Finally visible" and of course Caroline was recommended to us by KSK Ostalb. We started with 19 motivated participants from KSK LB and worked through the 10 modules in 10 weeks. The content is very well structured, the videos are great and many topics can be put into practice straight away. I took part myself and am very enthusiastic, in my opinion there is nothing comparable on the market. A great all-round package and you should definitely invite Caroline to be present. We had a great final workshop ("Confident appearance and my personal brand essence") and a super presentation in front of 150 employees on the subject of body language! Thanks to Caroline and her great team!

Dear Team Krüll, you are doing a great job :) ...and thank you for the always fast and super friendly support!
I am delighted to have attended / completed the "Finally Visible" course. I was able to take a lot with me and had a lot of fun! The videos are well made and generally entertaining. The workbook is a clear reference work. I haven't quite reached my goal yet, but I think I'm on the right track ... and yes, you never stop learning anyway and have to stay on the ball and the online course is definitely a very good way to get started.
