We were able to engage Ilona Heinemann for a workshop with young people and were very happy about it. She responded very spontaneously to all of the participants' questions and was always very empathetic and approachable. The arrangements and planning of the workshops in advance were also very pleasant and uncomplicated.

I came to Ilona on a recommendation and that recommendation was absolutely worth its weight in gold. I felt comfortable from the start and looked forward to each of our appointments. Through her hypnosis, I got a handle on my brooding thoughts that were robbing me of a lot of energy, as well as my anxiety, and am now enjoying my new lightness. Ilona is an authentic, humorous, inspiring personality who hits the core with her questions! I came to her on recommendation, as a certain restlessness in my job had been bothering me for a long time. With her targeted questions, she started exactly where I actively did not dare to go - out of fear of failure, doubt and comfort. With a mixture of counseling, homework and hypnosis I learned a lot about myself, including that I can do anything if I believe in myself and my ideas.
Meanwhile, I am going my own way and have taken many steps to change my professional focus, which makes me very proud and happy! Without Ilona my steps would certainly not have taken this path!!!

Ms. Heinemann is a very trustworthy person and everything that is discussed is safe and in the best hands with her. She knows how to give space, protection and framework and the hypnosis was a very moving and incredibly good experience that has cleared me up inside, strengthened me and really moved me forward. Just after 2 sessions my daughter overcame her phobia of 8 years. With her open and emphatic manner, Ms. Heinemann is simply a blessing for overcoming deep-seated problems.
With her help, my daughter passed her first rehearsal, a horror situation for her, with flying colors and many feelings of happiness.

I was with Ilona with an issue of loss of control anxiety. Through her very empathic and positive manner, she provided me with a framework in which I could relax very well. Ms. Heinemann is a "sparrings partner" who is unique and very valuable from my point of view. With her spontaneous goal-oriented questions, she illuminates the light and shadow of my various possible new paths. Her appreciative comments on my visions cause reflection or moving on / taking off. The personality model IType, which was new to me, revealed a fascinating of my potentials by a few spontaneous clicks. This opens an uberraschenden view of the 90% of the previously hidden / unused iceberg. Thank you very much.
