As we have been saving up for our own apartment for several years now, we started looking for real estate in the middle of last year. Unfortunately, we didn't know what steps we needed to take, which led to one or two disputes at home. A family friend then brought us to checkfin, as she had found her own apartment with her help and we then decided to have an initial meeting and were delighted from the very beginning with the whole structure that was suddenly there - a lot of our uncertainties were cleared up and it is really good to know that there is someone who is not from the bank itself and not the old owner who stands by your side and helps with all the organizational stuff. In the end, we also found our apartment and moved in just under a month ago - we already feel very much at home and are very happy that we had support with the whole process! Thank you very much for that, it definitely saved us a few arguments!

Because of the current situation overall with inflation etc. I am like many others probably also quite worried about my financial future. Because real estate is much better as an investment than the proverbial money under the pillow, I got advice from check fin and can only say that I am very happy with it. I would never have been able to get such good conditions for my home loan on my own. it's really great what you guys make possible!

We were very happy with the implementation. We both have very demanding jobs and hardly any time to read up on the subject matter, which would definitely be necessary, so it helps a lot to have someone who takes care of that for us and who can be relied on. We will definitely contact Checkfin again in the future when we need them again!

I was very satisfied with the advice. Since I see real estate as a future provision and want to buy more real estate in the future, I will definitely contact CheckFin more often. It was very uncomplicated and I simply don't have the time to do it all myself. It pays off to have people who do this full-time instead of having to read everything yourself.

With the current situation, I was unfortunately forced to switch to a fixed interest rate.... Thanks to you I have at least the feeling to have had someone who looks at my benefit (unlike the various bank advisors before...). Without you, I probably couldn't afford the monthly payment now!
