Great, absolutely great! Have been busy in recent months with the offers on the Internet to vegan, also ketogenic diet. Christian's offers, his podcast and his 20 day challenge are the best of many offers I have now discovered. I have been vegan for half a year with only fruits, vegetables and nuts 28 years ago. Discoveries have increased since then and weak moments can be targeted with appropriate foods. In the meantime, it is much better known in which foods which substances are present, so that you no longer have to have malnutrition if you eat vegan.
