Mrs. Hotzy has been with me for about 2 years now.

At that time, I had the feeling that I was in a dead end into which I had maneuvered myself. I was taking an antidepressant and was mainly functioning - especially in my job.
I was very unhappy and at the end of my world. I was holding on to a partnership that wasn't good for me. I lived in an environment that wasn't good for me, I did a lot of things because I thought it was expected of me... Looking back, I realize that it was never about me and that I had given up on my personal life.

Through the therapy sessions, I got to know myself better and I now try to listen to myself. It's really not an easy task, especially when you've always put your wishes on the back burner or don't even know what they are. I am currently on a journey to myself and MY life. With the help of Ms. Hotzy and the regular conversations, I have gradually felt more joy again and done things for myself. I am no longer in a relationship, I stopped taking medication a long time ago, I have moved house and am now creating my own environment. I have really learned and understood a lot in the last two years. Above all, that I am the one who is allowed to make decisions for myself.

I am only at the beginning of my journey - but I would like to say a big thank you to Ms. Hotzy for helping me through this very tearful rollercoaster ride over the last two years.

I am infinitely grateful that Mrs. Hotzy exists! I felt understood right from the start and was able to gain confidence very quickly thanks to her empathetic manner. Thanks to her, I learned how to deal with my panic attacks and other physical symptoms and finally got my feet back on the ground. Thanks to Mrs. Hotzy's enormous wealth of experience and her sensitivity, we uncovered the causes that were responsible for my symptoms and worked on them in a targeted manner. Today I live free of panic attacks and with a lot of mindfulness towards myself.

Thanks to you, I found the way to myself, to the person I really am.

With the help of Mrs. Hotzy, I finally managed to perceive and understand my body's signals. She has repeatedly drawn my attention to the signs and helped me to decipher their meaning. I am now aware of the connections between physical reactions and thoughts or situations and I understand why things happen. Thank you once again for your patient and empathetic therapy.
