Ms. Wirtz from Coachingwerk Köln designed and conducted a very interactive and results-oriented workshop for and with us. The conception in advance was done in close consultation and our individual requirements and wishes were dealt with flexibly. The LSP (Lego Serious Play) method was particularly well received by our group and I can highly recommend it.
We had two very intensive team workshop days with a mixture of teamwork and joint brainstorming sessions on both content and social aspects, where the support of the two very experienced coaches really helped us a lot.
The requirements/wishes for the team coaching were queried very well. The concept was presented promptly and our customer's wishes were well recognized and implemented. The assignment was never lost sight of and yet problem areas outside the assignment were addressed. Very good time management and great suggestions on how the knowledge gained can be implemented in everyday working life. Now it's up to us to take advantage of the coaching. Gladly again at any time. I found the personal contact with Coachingwerk Köln to be very pleasant. The preparations for the workshop were very professional and included an in-depth discussion regarding our expectations and objectives, which gave us the opportunity to adapt the process and content to our needs. The implementation and moderation of the workshop was flawless and goal-oriented.
Two management seminars were held for different hierarchical levels. A pleasant, constructive and appreciative atmosphere prevailed in both seminars. The participants rated the content, the delivery of the content and the moderation of the coaches as very good. This led to an open exchange within the group of participants, which was seen as very beneficial for further development.
