We are absolutely satisfied with our consultant Andreas Schultheis. He is always honest and direct and takes a lot of time. He offers everything that could be important for us, but is neither pushy nor angry if we need some time to think about it or decide against the offer. We feel that we are in good hands and well advised. Until now, we always felt pressured by other financial advisors and were very skeptical. My experience with CompexxFINANZ AG and especially with the advisors Andreas Schultheis and Bettina Frank was exceptionally positive and exceeded all expectations of modern customer service. Andreas Schultheis took the time to visit me personally at home, which made the advisory process particularly comfortable and personal. The use of video chats, emails and WhatsApp for communication has further increased the flexibility and efficiency of our interactions, which is much appreciated in today's fast-paced world.

Bettina Frank, my car insurance advisor, has always been a tremendous support. Her expertise and commitment to my needs have not only helped me find the best insurance solution, but also strengthened my trust in CompexxFINANZ AG as a whole.

I can not recommend this office of CompexxFinanz. Everything is just talk . Here it is chaotic. If you ever get into a difficult situation you are on your own. Sell a state garbage, etc.
