We spent our vacation this year with four families in a beautiful finca in Cala Sant Vicenç - and were completely thrilled! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted with a fantastic welcome gift: a selection of wine, ham and cheese that immediately put us in a vacation mood.

The finca itself was perfect for our stay - spacious, very well maintained and furnished with lots of charm. Each family had plenty of space to retreat to, and at the same time the grounds offered many beautiful corners for spending time together.

The contact with Mrs. Prager was very friendly and uncomplicated right from the start. Even after our stay, she was always available and dealt with any concerns quickly and reliably.

We would book again at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation!

Lovingly furnished city villa with small pool and beautiful garden.
We have felt comfortable.

We became aware of the mediation of fincas by contacto-mallorca or Mrs. Prager through the portal traum-ferienwohnungen.de. The conclusion of the rental agreement for the finca and our rental car was very pragmatic. However, all services were met as agreed (despite narrowly kept formalities). The description of finca and car was absolutely correct and also all handovers worked smoothly. In short, we were very satisfied and have spent two very nice weeks over Easter in Mancor. The next time we visit Mallorca, we will definitely book again through contacto-mallorca / Mrs. Prager.

We are 100% satisfied. Both the advice in advance and the arrival information were super. We liked our house in Pollenca super, it could not have been better! We can recommend the rental of the car through Mrs. Prager! The price-performance ratio is very good and we found it perfect not to have to wait in line at the rental car counter. Next time we would definitely book again through Mrs. Prager.

We have been booking through Mrs. Prager (contacto Mallorca) for 15 years. Everything has always been on time and reliable. The descriptions are accurate and insofar as Mrs. Prager knows each object personally and is regularly on site. As a guest you have the guarantee that everything runs seriously and : *****Sterne in case something does not work out with WIFI or.... Help will be organized immediately.

Dear Martina,
thank you very much for your tireless efforts. Martina was always immediately available for questions. Solved problems as quickly as possible and was always helpful, friendly and very competent. Thank you also for the good suggestions for beaches, places to eat and shopping. The maintenance of the green areas around the house and the pool were excellent. Staff regularly came by and cleaned the pool, changed linen and also took away the garbage. (We have stayed in vacation homes several times, but we have never had this service).
Thank you also for the uncomplicated arrangement of our vehicles. Everything worked out great.
We can only recommend Martina as a landlord.

Everything super. Villa Font was the right place for us families to relax for a few days. The playground equipment in the garden was perfect for the kids and the parents could enjoy the sun meanwhile. The fenced pool made the time with the kids even more relaxing and still gave the opportunity to splash around. Communication was very good before and during our stay. We will be back again.

After I rented our finca for 5 people -already in advance the advice and service of Mrs. Prager was excellent; she was always available for questions- we were already overwhelmed by the finca, the garden, the pool on our arrival....It was a beautiful and lovingly furnished house, comfortable, equipped with everything necessary and we could spend a wonderful time there. Unfortunately, the weather did not exactly spoil us with warmth and sunshine, but our open fireplace and the heating option in all rooms made it very cozy. So I can only report the best, the vacation was a complete success, everyone was extremely satisfied.
