My prospects and later customers find our approach to consulting PV systems very good, because we not only consider the investment of the prospect and customer, but also specifically advise what the customer can save with the PV system.
We use for the installations only regional partners who have experience in the field of installation of PV systems.
Surely there are also providers who are a little cheaper here and there, but we see the sustainability of the products offered by us in the sense of our customers. What is the use of a cheap solution for our customer, which will not be available in a short time and for which the regional wholesaler cannot guarantee a replacement. Our system philosophy during the offer and the construction of the plants on site as well as afterwards during the support of our customers, is aimed at the fact that not only we, but our customers are satisfied in the long term. We do not convince our customers by the saying "He who buys cheap, buys twice", but by our sustainable system concept and long-term contracts with our suppliers for quality products.
We also renounce once on an order, if we cannot guarantee the security of the plants which can be built by the structural conditions with the prospective customer, because it is not only important that the plant is installed on the roof, but that this is firmly anchored also still in many years with the roof and the energy saving for the customer is ensured.
I am glad to be employed by Eness GmbH and look forward to further prospective customers, whom I can advise and convince of our sustainable concept.
