As an expert in physical and mental health, my focus is on workplace health promotion (WHP measures) based on the inner clock. Strengthening the health competencies of employees is the focus of my work. Both the workforce and the companies benefit... from the measures through happier employees and a higher attractiveness on the market. My unique selling proposition is the "Health Tank", with which I regularly accompany companies from a wide range of industries in their day-to-day work. In her keynotes, trainings and consultations, the health expert manages to convey tips and tricks for using the inner clock in a unique and lively way. As a lecturer and board member of the Professional Association of Preventologists e. V., I am committed to the association. I not only write and speak about living in harmony with the inner clock, I live it!

I really enjoyed Denise Iwanek's lecture "Chronobooster - the added value for your health". You could really feel her enthusiasm for this topic. Especially the easy-to-implement tips for everyday life were helpful and I tried them out the very next day: it works! Gladly again!

Wir hatten Frau Iwanek im Rahmen einer Teamtagung gebucht. Es ging um das Thema „ Achtsamkeit“ und eigene Gesundheit. Wir waren alle begeistert und auch anfängliche Skeptiker, waren am Ende begeistert! Frau Iwanek hat die Teilnehmer überzeugt, mit Kompetenz, aber auch viel Begeisterung und Spass an der Sache. Obwohl ich selber in der Materie Gesundheitskomprtenz involviert bin - ich kenne Frau Iwanek aus dem Studium - bin ich immer wieder sehr positiv überrascht, wie viele "kleine" Tipps mir weiterhelfen! Vieles davon kenne ich und dennoch braucht es solche Webinare, um mich wieder daran zu erinnern und zu motivieren. Wenn es dann so erfrischend und herzlich geschieht wie durch Frau Iwanek, nehme ich sehr viel mit! Danke!
