Deniz Aytekin gave a very convincing presentation in front of over 300 managers. With the topic "Decisions under pressure - what managers can learn from top referees", he convinced us as an audience.

We were very impressed by his motivating and inspiring manner. Topics ranging from appreciation and leadership at eye level to the relevance of transparency were central messages of his keynote.

Entertainment, humanity and empathy - simply a great mix.

Wow! What a stunning presentation! Admittedly: As a non-soccer fan, I first had to google who was coming to speak. I was all the less easily impressed with such a soccer-heavy topic. And I was absolutely thrilled, hanging on his every word and was just impressed by the depth of the talk, the personal touch and walked away with many interesting approaches to the topic of "making decisions" that apply to so many areas.
