Recommendation
The online format can really be recommended if you don't miss the direct exchange with the course participants on site. For me, the online format has more positive than negative aspects. The course material was tightly timed but easy to do, even the group work was no problem online with the training app. You always stay focused on the subject matter and are not distracted by external influences. You save yourself the time of traveling to and from the course as well as spending the night in other people's beds and can enjoy the breaks at home.
The only negative point is the timing of the exam. Taking it on the fifth day after a full day of training and maintaining the necessary concentration was a bit of a challenge... with a positive ending ;-)
So off to the next course at the DGQ.

The previous courses were held in a hotel. In terms of organization, that was better than this course at DGQ-HQ. For example, my hotel was just under 8 km away and I was the only participant in this hotel. (The hotel was on the DGQ's recommendation list) This meant that I couldn't really interact with other participants. The course itself was good/okay.

Poor
The worst training I've ever had. A waste of time and money. The aim was to get to know a standard, to understand it and to be able to implement it practically in everyday working life. I now know everything about the legal basis on which the standard is based, but not much about the standard itself. The training materials contain over 100 pages of information on the environment of the standard, but only 4 pages on the actual standard. The most important part of the training material shown, with excerpts from the standard, is completely missing.
Actually, I always thought that you go to a training course to learn about the content and requirements of a standard. Maybe even a few tips for your daily work with it. That doesn't seem to be the aim of the DQG.
Unfortunately, I lost 4 working days, 800 km and 1200€ net training fee + travel expenses.

The location and facilities of the accommodation we have experienced so far are rather inadequate for the requirements. The event at the Wyndham was characterized by a lot of noise due to the airport, which made a learning atmosphere quite impossible, especially when preparing for the exam.
In addition, the hotel has a fitness room that doesn't deserve its name, so I definitely won't visit this hotel a second time. The quality of service provided by some of the staff was also very borderline, and I sometimes felt very unwelcome, especially at breakfast, even though the hotel was barely full. I recommend booking the location in a better learning and balancing atmosphere - in return, worse conditions are more than tolerable if you spend the whole week in the hotel.

First of all, we are pleased that our core service, namely a comprehensive and competent transfer of knowledge in the form of one of our training courses, gave you no cause for complaint.

The criteria for our seminar hotels are - admittedly - not based on the quality of the fitness rooms. Rather, they include factors such as cost, which is a more sensitive issue for other participants.
Nevertheless, the service quality of the hotel must not be affected. We will consult with the hotel.

Our wide range of seminars is held at various locations throughout Germany.

The lecturer in the PPE & MSE training course in Nürtingen (according to him, the only influencer in the world for this topic) is absolutely unable to hold training courses. It was more important to him to talk about himself for 45 minutes and how great he is instead of starting with a simple and easy topic. He is certainly very good professionally, knows a lot and had an answer to every question. But he can't present and convey the topic in an understandable and interesting way. The PowerPoint presentation was just the notes copied from the documents and read out by him...A pity about the time and money that a company invests here in its employees and this training. In my opinion, the whole topic was conveyed incorrectly...technical terms and abbreviations were thrown around right from the start without explaining them beforehand. No basic knowledge is imparted before going into the depths of the subject. A great pity...I will not recommend this course to others, at least not with this lecturer.

We appreciate your confirmation of our trainer's professional competence and experience. However, we regret to read that the "structure" of the training did not meet your expectations and that you complained about the use of "technical terms and abbreviations". We can say the following about this:

During the training, many questions were asked by different participants and answered by the trainer. Some of the questions from more experienced participants went deeper than the level of knowledge required for this training course. These questions were also answered competently by our trainer.
During the course of the seminar, the trainer regularly asked the participants about their understanding of the subject matter. Questions were answered and discussed. Both basic knowledge and terms were explained in accordance with the syllabus. According to their perception, this may have been too brief at one point or another.

The exact fit between the seminar content to be taught and the different prior knowledge of the participants is always an unknown, even with a lot of experience.
This makes it all the more important for our trainers to regularly reflect on the participants' understanding in order to be able to address and clarify any queries, if they have been formulated.

We are always available to our customers to clarify any necessary prior knowledge or prerequisites, to explain content-related questions or the concept and to provide personal advice.
We take your feedback seriously and look for opportunities for improvement - also in discussions with the trainer.
We are always available for a personal consultation.

We hope that we will be able to fully convince you again in another DGQ training course.

If we understand you correctly, your criticism relates neither to the performance nor the execution of the training or the trainer. This is good news for the time being.

We would like to look into your review.
Unfortunately, we are unable to identify which training course you are referring to from the wide range of around 300 seminars on offer.

Each training course has its own characteristics. For example, if it is a collaboration with a license partner, we follow their guidelines that certificates of attendance are only sent out after the training instead of being handed out immediately after the training.
This procedure also proves its worth if the participants have decided to book at very short notice, for example, because the preparation and logistics of the training documents, including the certificates of attendance, must be ordered in advance so that they are available at the respective seminar hotel on time at the start of the training.

It is very understandable that you would like to receive a booking confirmation for better planning. We do this in a standardized way very promptly after receipt of the booking. We are also unable to reconstruct this on the basis of your message. Perhaps one of your company's booking contacts has registered you and the confirmation has not reached you?

You have noticed outdated and inconsistent teaching materials.
Please help us with the classification. Is the course content not up to date?

The remote training was very valuable for me. As I am unable to travel to a training course for several days for personal reasons, this was a good opportunity for me to gain the knowledge I needed and still be able to meet my personal obligations.
The training content was conveyed very well, it was understandable and questions were dealt with very well. I also think it was very positive that there was the opportunity to work in groups and thus apply the theoretical knowledge I had gained.

Next time, please base the implementation a little more on the script and, if necessary, plan one or two days longer for the UMB course, as it was not possible to work through the entire content of the course and the participants will now have to work through some chapters themselves afterwards.

All DGQ trainers I had in the last 20 years were really experts, theoretical as well as practical. And talk several days for hours to a class of students requires endurance and energy and they managed that very well. The training courses refresh the quality mindset and our understanding to our mission.

The implementation and instructors are excellent. The selected hotels are very poor and not recommended. I would gladly spend 20-30 more a night here and get a decent hotel in return. The H+ range is really bad.
