On the car we bought, the carpet in the rear area was smeared with a color that you couldn't see in the pictures or on the "appraisal" !!!! We did not see this on site because it was mass production and a lot of pressure was built up!!! I would be careful with a purchase here and would look at the car very carefully!!!

Although there was a viewing appointment, the car was not cleared of snow (this was left to the prospective buyer) and could only be test-driven to a limited extent because of the summer tires. Price negotiations were very difficult, but could be somewhat shaped by the amount of the trade-in. When I picked up the car, it was parked in the furthest parking lot and I was allowed to put the new license plates on myself. I also found the, in my opinion, rather expensive warranty annoying. Despite everything, the car was as described, the price itself was not bad and the salesman was friendly.

The pickup was short and impersonal, car is in the other parking lot at the very back, there you can get it, searched, put license plates yourself and drove away. OK was no problem.
But what really annoys me is that a lot of functions on the vehicle don't work or are defective, such as electric mirror adjustment, electric trailer coupling etc. and we only noticed this at home.
This was not known and also not mentioned in the vehicle description or expert opinion.
Although you buy a used car, it is only 4 years old and you first have to go to a workshop and have it repaired.
Therefore ! When picking up the vehicle, check and test every, really every function on site.
