For me as a pure user, the extremely patient response to all my questions was very encouraging, especially in terms of not giving up on the switch from Windows to the Apple system. The consultation was very competent, cordial and easy to understand. Stefan familiarized himself with my way of working and my workplace and then showed me what measures I should take to be even better protected against cyberattacks.
He also gave me valuable tips on data protection and took a closer look at the software programs I use in my work processes in terms of their GDPR compliance.
Thanks to his expert assessment, he saved me a lot of research time and I now know exactly what improvements need to be made.

He understands that it is not just the technical side that needs to be implemented, such as optimum protection of company data via firewalls etc., but also that employees need to be made aware of the dangers and what they might look like.

I was really impressed with how solution- and customer-oriented Stefan supported me with my IT problem. I've already seen myself chiseling "You have to make regular backups" on a blackboard 2000 times, but Stefan was able to save all the data in the shortest possible time and restore everything as I need it. 5 stars is clearly not enough here!
