We bought our car at DIT Magdeburg. And we were very impressed with the staff and the service right from the model selection stage. Very competent, concise, advised us in this matter. And now, after three years, we can say that we are very satisfied with the service and the attitude towards customers. Every problem is solved. We feel we are in good hands. Basically, I can't really say anything negative about the service and the work itself. However, when you consider the price, it's shocking that you pay almost €600 for an oil change with filter, a bulb (low beam) and MOT without defects.
However, it should be noted that the MOT alone now costs €166.

I was very satisfied with your offer and your helpfulness in all registration matters. A big thank you also to your employee Ms. Keilwerth.
However, one question remains unanswered: In the equipment description of my Toyota Proace City Verso, a luggage compartment net is specified in the scope of delivery! But this was missing. A slim bag contained the warning triangle and the first aid kit, a second bag contained the breakdown kit. That was it.
Please check my request and inform me promptly about the missing accessories.

The colleague who took delivery of my vehicle was very competent and courteous. Unfortunately, there were various problems beforehand. I had asked about the price a few weeks ago. I was quoted €480.00 plus a replacement car. It has now turned out to be just under €720.00. Mr. Holle had assured us when we bought the vehicle that the work would be free for the 1st inspection. Then, when we handed over the vehicle, we were told that this would only be at the 3rd inspection. When I raised the issue during the last wheel change and the associated appointment, they were unaware of this. There was now a new computer system and something had probably been stored with us and has now been deleted. Not exactly customer-friendly, especially not with the prices. But as I said, this has nothing at all to do with the colleague who took delivery of my vehicle.

I have been with Toyota for over 20 years and have always been completely satisfied. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire DiT team and especially Ms. Keilwerth.

From consultation to completion

My dissatisfaction in the rating arises from the fact that I presented myself with an appointment to have my wheels changed, arrived late and waited over an hour for the vehicle from the set time. Although my impatience must have been noted at some point, none of the employees present reacted to this fact and took it up in any communicative way. What a pity.
In addition, the mechanic also showed his displeasure because he probably didn't immediately discover the replacement screws I had brought with me...
