I took a pitch training course with Dürten Thielk and I’m thrilled! It was incredibly engaging, very playful, a lot of fun, and full of valuable tips. I especially loved the improv elements—that’s totally my thing! Luckily, there was plenty of time for them, and I got to try out a lot of things.

Dürten is incredibly empathetic, honest, and approachable. She gives valuable feedback, which led to some real “aha” moments that I’m happy to take with me. And yes, the real work begins after the workshop—something I’m really looking forward to.

Dürten—I’d love to do it again anytime!

I had the opportunity to attend a workshop at Dürten, and it was fantastic. She has a calm, charming way of guiding us through the topics, and—especially since the workshop took place from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.—regular breaks, games, and activities to “wake us up” brought us all back to what really matters: learning something new.
I consider myself an experienced speaker—yet I still took away a great deal and am looking forward to the next opportunity to put what I’ve learned into practice.

Dürten, thank you so much. 5 stars—I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

Dürten led our pitch training session on August 27 at the SI Hotel—four hours filled with very practical exercises on posture, eye contact, and conscious breathing before the pitch. What really stuck with me: she doesn’t just explain things—she has you try right away what a different posture or a conscious breath actually feels like and how much of a difference it makes in your own presentation. The evening was lighthearted, often funny, and yet something really stuck with me that I’ve been using in every pitch since then. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to come across as more confident and composed when speaking in front of groups.

Working with Dürten Thielk in our group really showed me how important it is not to stand there stiff and tense during a pitch, but to approach the group in a relaxed and open way and to truly engage with them. I found her playful approach to mistakes particularly helpful. With lots of laughter and a relaxed atmosphere, she quickly helps you let go of the fear of doing something wrong. That’s exactly what stuck with me: less tension, more confidence, and a more authentic presentation.

The pitch training session with Dürten Thielk was enjoyable for everyone involved and provided useful and practical insights into how our bodies show signs of stress. In a playful, skillful, and humorous way, we engaged in activities and exercises that ease the stress of speaking in front of people and help get your message across clearly and concisely.
I can wholeheartedly recommend the training with Dürten Thielk: presence over perfection, failing with a smile, and speaking with your whole body. It makes an immediately noticeable difference when introducing yourself. Equally effective for executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals alike!

We had the great pleasure of booking Dürten as an improv trainer and coach for a workshop for career counselors at the Employment Agency—and we’re absolutely thrilled!
The workshop was a complete success: Not only did we learn an incredible amount for our day-to-day counseling work, but we also had a tremendous amount of fun together right from the very first minute. With her positive energy, professional expertise, and a great sense of humor, Dürten managed to create an open atmosphere in which everyone immediately felt at ease and was willing to try new things.

Our team completed a pitch training session with Dürten. I went into it without high expectations and was completely blown away. Dürten does such a great job with so much passion that it’s actually fun to work on yourself. It was an amazing experience for everyone who participated, and the effects are still felt today. I highly recommend Dürten to anyone who wants to work on their presentation and public image while remaining authentic. Dürten Thielk—not perfect, but present—and she truly embodies that.

I had a one-on-one online session with Dörten at a time when my nervous system was completely overwhelmed.
I was completely overwhelmed, feeling restless inside, and as if I’d completely lost touch with myself.

What really impressed me:
Dörten met me exactly where I was.
Without any pressure. Without the feeling that I had to “function.”

She created space for everything that was there—and at the same time guided me with incredible sensitivity and clarity.

Through her work, which connects the body, presence, and emotions, I found my way back to myself step by step.
Not just calmer in my mind—but truly in my body.

Within about 45 minutes, I was centered again, clearer, and above all, present in the here and now.

I felt safe, seen, and taken seriously at every moment.

For me, this was an incredibly powerful experience—especially in a state where you can barely access yourself on your own.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dörten—both if your nervous system is already overloaded and as a preventive measure to rebuild more presence, body awareness, and connection to yourself.

When you’re with Dürten, you give yourself permission to be anything. You see yourself in a new light, and you take that feeling with you—whether it’s during a Fluentbody session (which is way cooler than a wellness retreat and a rave combined), or in the Sisterhood Circle (which feels like a workshop on self-awareness and self-leadership at summer camp—totally playful and insightful). Just give it a try—I can’t recommend it highly enough to every woman.
