Recommendation
The individual planning of the PV system, including power storage with emergency power switch, wallbox and heat pump connection, was very positive for me. Different roof types (pitched roof in SW-NE orientation with dormers and skylights, 2 flat roofs in SW and NW-SW orientation) had to be covered with modules. In addition, a 10-year-old existing system had to be relocated and integrated. The result is a system based on the follow-the-sun principle, which generates its own electricity from sunrise to sunset.
The system has now been in operation for almost a year and has clearly exceeded expectations during this time. Electricity production is around 15% higher than forecast.

The system has now been running for two weeks to our complete satisfaction. The installation and commissioning went very well. There were only delays in the installation due to discrepancies regarding our existing PV system on the part of the supplier for the new inverter.
However, we are completely satisfied with the work carried out by enerix.

enerix Rottweil worked with me to plan and implement a PV system with the latest generation of enphase microinverters (IQ8), enphase storage and enphase energy management as a pilot project. I am very satisfied with the professional and qualitative work. The system is running very well, in line with my expectations. Six months have now passed since commissioning, so I can confirm this statement without reservation. I also really enjoyed familiarizing myself with the new technology together with enerix Rottweil. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them once again for their outstanding work.

Planning and execution of the system good, functionality good.
Our system is running well. We were very satisfied with the realization and are now very satisfied with the installed system.

However, there is still room for improvement in customer service.
If you want to extend or expand your system once you have paid for it, the cost of the consultation for an offer is charged and invoiced.
I have never experienced this with any other company. Of course, I receive all offers and consultations from all other companies free of charge.

Here, profitability wins out over customer service and the advice required to support a system. It is clear that this causes costs and effort. I would have liked it to be different. Perhaps a rethink is needed here.

We had the contact from the Internet and since it is a regional provider, we decided on Enerix Rottweil. The implementation has dragged a bit due to the long delivery time of the components, as you would expect. However, the work was then carried out very well, professionally and on the announced installation date. All employees are very friendly. The only small point of criticism is the accessibility by phone which could be better.
