It's not that long ago. That we not only found a property through you. We also bought it (our dream house) at the same time!

We come from Verl in East Westphalia in NRW. And we started our search for a house that suited us. That was a long time ago.

But we've actually always wanted to move to the North Sea.

When we then his time. Through your already very strong exposé of the house, we became very attentive.
We said yes immediately. That we absolutely had to see this house!

After we had made the first contact with you. We were not only on reason. The already known and open-hearted North German mentality. That we would probably have the right partner at our side.

We were very satisfied and received very good advice. We always had a few questions in the meantime, which were always answered quickly. We can therefore only recommend Engel &Völkers to others

After an initial good start, unfortunately no more open and honest communication. Inventory issues could not be finalized, but we still wanted to buy. In the end, there was simply no response at all and we still don't know why we couldn't buy, even though we had already been offered a notary appointment. This does not meet our expectations of a reputable real estate company.

Since we had been dealing with real estate in Norden for a long time and in the end it was clear that it should only be the property, Mr. A. Harre had a very "easy game". His task in this purchase process was to establish contact with the seller, present the property and discuss the purchase offer with the seller. We had already given him a commitment at the end of the viewing. The consultation with the seller went very quickly and so we were able to prepare the purchase contract with the notary that same evening (outside normal office hours). Mr. Harre commissioned this immediately and we had a draft from the notary within a very short time and there was a notary appointment just a few weeks later. I think this is the quickest business you can have as an estate agent. What we found less good was that Mr. A. Harre only made very vague statements about a building project in the street parallel to the property, although according to statements from residents (other owners) that we had received personally on site the day before, it is probably already very concrete what will take place there. However, this information did not stop us from wanting to buy the house anyway. Mr. A. Harre was otherwise very helpful, competent and goal-oriented in accompanying the purchase up to the final notary appointment. We would like to thank Mr. A. Harre for his quick and goal-oriented approach and are happy to recommend him to others.

Mr. Janssen was a very friendly, professional broker. My questions were always answered promptly.
He succeeded in doing what 2 other estate agents had previously failed to do. My DHH was sold.

Since April this year (2023) we have been trying to sell our house in Norden with an estate agent from Hage. He did not succeed.
He had promised us a lot, lied to us and deceived us.
At the beginning of November 2023 we canceled this broker contract and went to Engel und Völkers.
Mr. Harre from Engel und Völkers, a very competent, nice person, very nice appearance, takes the time the customer needs.
He was always available, really great and the greatest thing was that Mr. Harre sold our house within 3 weeks, for the same price as the other agent before.
