We had contact with several estate agents in Berlin. Mr. Atz-Asen stood out as a special broker and was exceptionally good. He was fully informed in all matters and was able to answer all our questions. Mr. Atz-Asen also addressed the things that needed to be renovated, but offered direct solutions. A really successful service. Thank you, Mr. Atz-Asen.

We would like to thank you very much for the excellent services of your agency, especially for the professional support of Mr. René. Thanks to his help we have found our dream home for our family. Mr. René was extremely friendly and helped us through the whole process. Although we are not fluent in German, we had a very positive experience. We appreciate the patience and clarifications we were given.

We are extremely satisfied with the entire process and would like to express our appreciation for the dedicated and competent service.

Mega nice and patient team. Even with many small queries, the colleagues had always had an open ear for me. And even a multiple inspection of the object was no problem.

I was very well advised by Mr. Atz-Asen during the entire purchase process and also very well supported in questions regarding financing, kitchen purchase, relocation, etc.. The communication was perfect and the availability was always given. Buying an apartment is always stressful. It is all the more important to have a really good and reliable broker who accompanies you optimally during the purchase and makes the transaction very transparent. Many thanks to the team! Gladly again :)

Absolutely professional and reliable broker. Extensive pre-sale consultations, realistic target forecasts and competent support during the sales negotiations; even afterwards, accompaniment during the final settlement. Required formalities are taken care of before the client is even aware of their necessity. Quick personal feedback in case of questions/problems. Unreservedly recommendable - we would engage Mr. Atz-Asen and his team again at any time; many thanks for the excellent support!
