Had bought a TV as a gift for Christmas, it wasn't the right one, after a long discussion they wanted to take it back, but when it came to returning the money, only a credit note was to be issued as I wanted the money to buy another gift, no way in. You are forced to buy something for 400€ in this store. You can't recommend something like this to others, and on top of that I have already bought there for several 100€ and won't do it again. Better to go to Meerane where they will take it back without a word. Not recommended Expert.

We bought a washing machine at Expert in Altenburg. The advice was really TOP-very competent and friendly.
The machine was delivered quickly and a special thank you to the mechanics-super fast connected and minor problems solved immediately-I was thrilled! Sehr gerne möchte ich heute meinen Senf mit dazugeben - :) 😊
Vorab ein großes Dankeschön an das Personal ausgesprochen!
Expert Jäger in Altenburg ist telefonisch und frei von lästigen Warteschleifen sehr gut erreichbar.
Es sollte eine optimale Auswahl von Kopfhörern für die Mutter gefunden werden, die 88zig ist.
Und das wurde in einem konstruktiven Gespräch durch Ihren MA Hr. Müller erledigt.
Schnell wurde ein passendes Produkt im Preis/Leistungsverhältnis empfohlen, die gute Bedienbarkeit und Qualität wurde versichert.
Die Mutter hat’s bestätigt und ist zufrieden mit der neuen Klangqualität.
Alles prima gelaufen- auch in Zeiten von Corona.
Dafür gib's von mir gerne 5 Sterne.
Nochmals vielen Dank für das Fachwissen.
Wir kommen immer wieder gern zu expert Jäger nach Altenburg.
Den Fachmarkt kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen!
