Very competent and friendly advice

We recently visited the Expert Bening store in Verden to look for a new dishwasher. Without searching for long, we found a salesman who took the time to talk to us, which was the start of an exceptionally impressive informal consultation. Mr. Evers never fails to answer our questions, he is more than knowledgeable about each of the appliances we are interested in and is even able to provide comparative considerations of all the advantages and disadvantages of two different appliances (if you can even evaluate them that way) right off the bat.
We are more than impressed with all the informal details and the exceptional quality of the consultation, which led to the purchase of a Miele dishwasher on the same day. The appliance was delivered on time and placed in our kitchen by two friendly staff. I installed and connected it myself and everything is perfect. This Miele G 7200 Sci is a pleasure to use and is technically and functionally absolutely convincing.

Very competent specialist staff. Expert advice is given. In my opinion, the sales staff are very well trained. You can also ask questions about operation and problems after the purchase.

We wanted to buy a PS5. BUT: it is simply impossible to trust an offer from Expert Bening.
There were about 8 of us who would have liked to take advantage of this offer. When we were told that it was out of stock, customers ran out angrily. Then an employee said he would check the stock. Clutching at straws, 5 others waited with me. But the man could have saved himself the walk. It felt like stalling.
In a conversation with an employee, we learned that only 20 pieces were planned for the market from the outset. And that these would have been sold on Saturday. We should have come earlier. When we pointed out that we had only received the advertising in our letterbox on Sunday - and other customers said the same thing - we were met with the sentence "It's the newspaper deliverer's fault";
And we could also look at Media Markt, where the Playstation only costs 499.
Only we wanted the offer for 325. It was not possible to order online, nor was it possible to order from another store, because they all only got 20 units.

Well, I wanted to buy another printer, but after this experience I'd rather go to another electronics store.

Crap has become very clear since then: Advertising at Bening is just a bait and switch.
Will I go to the store again?
Most likely no. I'd rather use the Internet, it saves me time.

I was looking for a cell phone and wanted to find out about refurbished versus new merchandise. A young saleswoman, who was obviously responsible for the area/department that day, did not address me nor did she seem to have noticed me. I was actually the only one there for that moment. After looking at the smartphones on display for several minutes, I did approach the young lady and spoke to her. During the entire time, she neither stood up nor offered me any possible devices. She only responded to my questions. After getting no recommendations from her about General, I had to ask more directly. I wanted a comparison between a new iphone and a restored one. After typing something in the PC, she told me the price of the used one and only after I asked that the company also had one in stock.
I think even after this short description, one or the other will agree with me that advice and customer friendliness certainly look different. Perhaps the young woman was in training. Then I mean that you should not leave someone alone?

I purchased a new Ipad some time ago. The seller gave me excellent advice and responded very well to my wishes and comments. I went home with a very good feeling and a new device. I have not regretted the purchase to this day and would always visit the Expert store in Verden again if necessary.
